Kitty question!
Posted to: News & Entertainment
How do you keep an indoor cat indoor? This winter I'll be getting a kitten that will be an indoor only cat. I figured if I got him in the winter then to door and windows will be closed anyways so he'll get used to being inside. BUT! My other cat Kameo, is an indoor/outdoor cat. There is no way...

The front porch topic of debate is.......
Posted to: News & Entertainment
So, my husband and I and random neighbors given the day and time do that great summer past time of porch sitting. My neighbors porch is the porch in question, since she is disabled we all come to her. We share the paper, drink tea, soda, water, beer (depending on time of sitting) and discuss the world...

Spitballs
Posted to: News & Entertainment
I just know there are more of you out there. You know, owners of multiple dogs with long hair that get matted "spitballs" behind their ears because one dog is always gnawing on the other dog's fur... Oy, just dropped Sioux off at the "spa" so someone else can comb the darn things...

When we first got Egan he would growl anytime anyone would come close to him during mealtime, so we feed him out of our hands for a few days then we would pet and talk to him while he...

My wife and I are expecting in about 7 months and currently live together with two wonderful shelter dogs. SYTYCD Season 4 Finale - Next Week
Posted to: News & Entertainment
Any one watching?? It has been a great show. I am so excited about the top 4 finalists. I honestly don't really care who wins, however there are 2 I really want to win. I think Katee probably will win, however it would be awesome if Joshua walked away with it. However both Courtney and Twitch have...

a dog chasing its tail. Gracie has a nub - a docked tail - no inclination for her to chase her own tail. Achilles on the other hand just spent almost a minute chasing his tail. Out of nowhere. The dogs are playing around being goofs and then he starts spinning.... I'd think this was some sort...

I taught her to rollover...

Kinda. I just got her in a down and rolled her over, while saying rollover. Then I brought out the big guns "banana chips". I could actually see her debating with herself, on whether to do it or not. She did it! Not actually rolling all the way around, but onto her back. Good enough for me...
