SYTYCD Season 4 Finale - Next Week

I too am sad that it is coming to an end.  This season the choreography has been really diverse and interesting, and the dancers are also so different and talented.

Last night Nigel mentioned that Josh has had no formal training.  I do believe that is incorrect and that he has had traditional training but specialized in hip hop.  Seem to recall Debbie Allen busting him on that during the original try outs.  That may be what makes him so interesting to watch, that and his outright strength!

My favourite so far has been Twitch because he is such a character.  I haven't really had a female favourite this season...

I love Twitch's personality, and I LOVE his solos. He seems like such a good natured person.

I don't remember Joshua "that" much at the tryouts. I remember his first audition, he looked so shy. He has definitely grown with this competition. I find in so cool the two male dancers in the finals are both not "formally" trained. They may both have had something, but my understanding they come from the school of experience. They really did great with every routine thrown at them. I think their personality and ability to get into character for routines is what really helped them too. Of course they were not getting hung up on "technique" they were dancing for the love and joy of dancing.

I've been watching all season, too.  When he tried out initially I think he stated that he didn't have formal training, but then in Vegas he did a ballet move on a jump or something.  They said something to him, like there is more to you than meets the eye or what you have told us.  On one of the early shows, Joshua explained that he did have more experience with certain styles, like ballet because he took classes at like a YMCA. 

Love this show!  I'm trying to get tickets to the tour.  lol

I've been watching this show all season, and I'm really excited for the finale.  I really like all 4, but I think Katee or Joshua will win.  I've loved both of them, and I think they're both a joy to watch.  I am really proud of Twitch and Joshua for making it to the finale.
