AHHH! GSD HAIR IS CRAZY!
I've had a GSD mix, a Corgi, two very heavy shedders.... T-Bone. Purebred GSD. The amount of hair is complete insanity. I'm going to take some pictures of the sheer amount of fur. Good thing I'm not more eccentric than I am, I might pile it all up and keep them as T-Bone clones Are...

Dog has another gastrointestinal problem
Hi - I have had a Parson Russell Terrier that I adopted about five months ago. He's a great little dog. His stool was a bit runny when I first switched him from his pound food to Kirkland's best, which is a high rated food. He tolerated that but was always farting. Before I got him on another...

Tumor...good thoughts needed
Well, I guess the saying "When it rains, it pours" is oh so true! This couldn't have come at a worse time. I was checking the ears on my little boy Charlie Monday and found a "lump" inside that concerned me. It's on the inner part of the flap of all places so off to the vet...

Knox Nutra Joint tablets?
I used to take Knox Nutra Joint tablets and give my dog one each day. They are nowhere to be found in the stores anymore. Anyone else notice this? What is a comprable alternative product for joints for people and dogs?

hmmm becoming very sensitive to nail trims
Bugsy has hard, fast growing nails. I have been dremmeling them for several years now, which I absolutely have to do 2 times a week but really 3-4x a week is best. He has been very cooperative with the dremmel but in the last few months he really doesn't want to do it. He will cower a bit and try...

Lyme disease hope it helps someone..
Its that time of year especially. And with what happened to us last year- I hope it helps someone. I am hoping our experience can help someone. Had we known what we know now, it would have made things much easier not only on our dog, but us as well. Early spring, tis the time for ticks. I have been in...

Idiopathic Vestibular Syndrome
Does anyone have any experience with this condition? Rosie was diagnosed yesterday, and although the vet says it should pass by the end of the week, I'm interested to hear from others who have dealt with it. Thanks!

Nail question
I've been sanding down Maze's and Sandy's nails, hoping to shorten the quick. Am I doing this right? I've been sanding every other day, just a little at a time.

I am going to try Benadryl for Snicker's allergies. Does anyone know if "Leaks No More" will interact with Benadryl?

Emergency Spaying while in heat!?!?
I was wondering what you all thought on the this subject. The reason I ask is because I know someone who's dog was in the middle of a heat and started to bleed heavily and clot so when they took her to the vet they did an emergency spay on her. NOW, after the spay this dog developed AIHA/IMHA. I...

After spaying question...
Zoe Bug got spayed on Wed, she's doing great, her stitches look great. I've been keeping it low key, she's pretty much in her ex pen right now - because she's a VERY active dog. the whole 'no running & jumping' thing is almost impossible with her. So anyways what CAN i do...

Why do YOU breed?
I know the main reason. To improve the breed and that stuff but what is the reason for why you breed a litter? To keep a few to show? To put pups in show homes? Im asking because with Fynn's breeder she didnt get what she wanted out of his litter. So she has breed his mom to her special and hoping...
