dog with itchy butt
Took my daughter's dog to be groomed and anal glands done 2 weeks ago. Itching from the fur clipping has diminished, but he still bites at his butt and tail. I bathed him after the grooming, thinking he was allergic to the shampoo, including hosing off his butt. As previously noted, the general itching...

Dog Sores on Groin Area and Inflamed Lip.....Any Thoughts?
My 2 1/2 year old black lab just began developing circular pock marks in his groin area about two days ago. He isn't acting like he's in any pain, but something like that does worry me. The left side of his lips are also inflamed and rather red. He's always been a licker, but I haven't...

She has these moments - especially when asleep where she will just suddenly awake as if startled and begin attacking herself...

One route to...

SAM-E & Milk Thistle
How much SAM-E and Milk Thistle do I give my dog? He is a boxer/lab and 14 yrs. old. Recently took him to the Vet. His ALT and Alkaline Phosphate were very elevated. Rather than Demerex I wanted to try the SAM-E and Milk Thistle.

Anyone have experience using Oravet for teeth? (tacran)
In the report the vet gave us last week after Ruby's dental cleaning and tooth removal, they advised that we brush her teeth as regularly as possible and that we use Oravet to prevent plaque build-up (they applied some during her procedure). We've tried brushing her teeth -- an impossible task...

My first post!
This bugs me seeing dogs left in cars. I speak up when I see a dog in a car.
