Well I have two dogs both 7 months old. One is a lab x rotti, and other is a bullmastiff x rotti. They share a kennel, play in the yard together and get along well in general. However when I take them for a walk we often stop at the local school field. If no on is around I will let them off to run. I've...

Great puppy "training" video
Posted to:
Training & Behavior
I thought this video of Roni and her new puppy was very nice. It shows how easy and fun it is to "work" your puppy - it's not all about formal obedience, but just having fun and developing a bond so the puppy comes to you to work, not you struggling to hold the puppy's attention. Also...

Can anyone tell me why I can't format my posts into different paragraphs? When I hit reply or quick reply to answer and then write something using separate paragraphs it all turns out as one big fat paragraph. I don't get it. Thanks. (This was posted as 3 paragraphs with this edit...

Nutrition & Exercise
Hello, I am new to this website. My girlfriend and myself got a "Morkie" (maltese yorkie mix). Her name is ginger. She is about 8 months old. The pet store owner instructed us to give her the Eukenuba Puppy formula till she finishes the bag and at that time we can change the food if she doesn't...

This video is a testament to what a dog can do when you don't try to force that square peg into a round hole! Find what your dog is good at, and what they love, do it for and with them, and you won't go wrong... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BGODurRfVv4

His leg looks so tiny since they had to shave it down to the skin when they put the cast on. He'll be getting groomed sometime next week to that length all over (except his topknot and tail) so he doesnt look so lopsided, lol. He got his first bath in 6 weeks. His leg smelled like rotten eggs...
