Our 8 month old male cockapoo sometimes (but not always) when let outside to do his business will have the tendency to pull up the grass in chunks and chew it and eat it. Any ideas on how to deter this behaviour? Will I have to go back to having to go out with him every single time with a leash on him...

The Power of Squeeze Cheese
Posted to:
News & Entertainment
Well, the cone is finally off the puppy from he&&, and she sat nicely lapping some squeeze cheese to get her sutures out with not even a whimper. Her incision looks great and the only problem now is the itch from her "bikini line" growing back LOL. While I was at the office, Sequoyah...

Getting back at the neighbors--joke
Posted to:
News & Entertainment
A few of us have annoying neighbors, including myself, who has a drunk guy that throws coins over his roof and into our yard while he's drinking on his porch and blasts Fleetwood Mac cds all day. I've thought of several ways to get my revenge, but I think Maxine has a better idea...

Teasing the dogs??!!
Posted to:

I have three parrots which I've had for years. Every morning the parrots get fresh fruit and veggies. One named Pancho loves to feed the dogs. He screeches, "Jazzie!!!! Jazzie!!!" (he calls them both Jazzie), and then he he starts the breakfast barrage. Down goes broccoli, carrots, green...

The ambitious Beaver...
Posted to:

Please excuse the photo quality, I had to use the camera on my phone. I ran across this today while hiking around a resivoire. I have never seen a beaver attempt this... and, honestly, I don't know what it thought it would do with it if it had managed to bring it down. All I know, is that...

Hi, here is my situation: I am a 21 year old college graduate who owns a 7 month old beagle-mix. I've had him for about 4 months. His name is Scout. Anyway, I am moving from Indiana to Houston this weekend and taking him with me. I have quite a few questions because I've never had a dog before...

I wish I had a treat earlier. It was a great day out, so Sam and I were lounging on the grass. So this girl comes up to him, and he starts butt-wiggling and breathing heavily. I tell him to sit. He sits. Didn't have a treat. So the girl screams and runs up to him, he didn't bolt. No barking....

I was wondering why the posts don't show up in the order they were posted. A good example of this is the one addressed to Mic and other trainers under the *General Questions & Answers* category. The posts start out the night before, move on to the next morning, then jump to the evening, then back...
