FYI: Rocket went to a second vet tonight. The only vet around that offers holistic approach. He spent 45 minutes with Rock compared with 10 minutes from the other, also took lots of time feeling around and answering all my questions. Yippee for vet number 2. Anyway, it turns out Rock pinched a nerve...

Will a short squat dog have difficulty with stairs??
Posted to:
News & Entertainment
Maybe this is an obvious question. But we are leaning towards adopting a Corgi mix who is quite low to the ground but weighs 27 pounds. She's one solid little gal. The problem is that we have stairs in our house, both from the back door to the backyard, and from the first floor up to the bedrooms...

It's getting warm in here...

We are in GA, in a brick house which retains heat...I noticed it seemed warm at dinner time, but I had the oven on. So now I am at the computer, and still warm. Go to see what the thermostat says, and it's a bunch of letters meaning nothing to me. Call DH who says the batteries must need to be replaced...

Ok, so it's been 2 days since I've switched foods, and the same time I switched, I also put on some Frontline Plus and he has been itching a whole lot and licking his paws (at the same time he's finishing every meal which is rare). Is this the food or the frontline or nothing at all? [&...
