What kind of mix is this?
The family we got him from says he is part German Shepherd but I have no idea what the other mix is....Golden Retriever maybe? Note he is overweight and recently got a haircut because it was so hot lately...his fur is longer.

Border Collie Herding Video
This is a short video from last year's US National Finals. You can hear the whistle commands. The point is to move the sheep through the panels shown and then circle around the post where the handler is standing. They never actually make it in this video. The sheep, who are used to ranging wild in...

Does anyone else own a cockapoo? Do you feel there is a stigma to...
Bailey is my first mixed breed (well that I know for sure, my other dog looked like had a bit of lab in her other than just cocker.) Anyway, I am wondering if anyone else here owns a cockapoo. Also, I sometimes feel as if there is a stigma to me because I own a "designer doggie" and I did not...

Is my boy Sheltie or Aussie mix?
So he's been here for 3 wks and 3 days. Fitting in well, and his itching seems to be resolving well and his bald spots are growing hair back. I've name him D. Annakin (or D'Annakin - D in memory of another dog, danny joe, and Annakin as in the Norwegian masculine of Hannah and means grace...

Boxerdoodle?
Anyone ever since or have a picture of a boxer/poodle mix? I've heard about them but have never seen one. Would be interesting to see if you could tell it is a cross between a boxer and poodle.
