Agility as a sport
Another post in another thread brought this up and I wanted to see what you guys think. There are clearly some dogs that excel at this sport. There are clearly some breeds that are more inclined to do very well at this sport. I love this sport for the training it offers me and my dogs and also the fun...

Benedict
Ben just had his first ever...
...entirely homecooked meal. And he liked it. A lot. An awful lot. LOL. He had a char (fish) fillet, a bit of pureed steamed sweet potato and carrot (threw in the carrot because there were a few sticks that needed eating up), an egg including shell and about half a tablespoon of greek yogurt. I know...

Canine Nutrition courses?
Does this look legit? I've seriously been thinking about taking some canine nutrition courses, along with some behavior courses, if I can find any correspondence courses that look like they'll actually further my education. ;) Let me know what you guys think about this one... http://www.casinstitute...

Taste of the Wild Pacific
Does anyone feed this and what are your results? Dogs coats look good? How is stool? I bought a large bag of it and already put it in my dog food storage container, but I have about 3 weeks left of PetGuard to finish up before they transition onto Pacific. I'm concerned now because I've read...

Saturday Agility videos from the Crown Classic Dog show
My instructor's dogs, Zippity and Zachary. They were already passed their limit were pretty much over with the show. Zachery is her green dog that just started trialing in Jun 08. What was interesting was that Student went first and teacher (Linda M) was right behind her. So you would see Zippity...

Orijen - HOLY COW $$$$
I went to pick up dog food last night. My general method of shopping is to walk in and grab the first bag of grain free food that I see (which offers a lot of variety to my dogs, as the store that I buy from seems to be constantly re-arranging and I never know where anything is!). The familiar bag of...

High Protein Foods for Puppies?
There are a number of High Quality dry foods that I would like to try. However, everywhere I go I'm told that the High Protein content in these foods could make a Large Breed Puppy grow too fast. Thus causing damage to the joints, bones, hips, skelatal frame, etc. From what I have been told...

OUR INGREDIENTS Buffalo Deboned, Chicken Meal, Potato Dehydrated, Turkey Meal, Canola Oil, Sweet Potato Dehydrated, (preserved with mixed tocopherols –...

Best ingredient....
What is the most important ingredient your dog needs that you must have in a kibble ? Or you won't buy it... or What is the one thing you see on an ingredient panel that prevents you from buying it ?(such as an allergen) or What are the Kibble makers leaving out you would add ?(you have...

% protein?
Hi, I was wondering how much protein chihuahuas need. Don't small breeds need more protein? What should the percentage be on the guaranteed analysis? Thanks.

Feeding Raw and Kibble at the same meal.
Hello, I read that feeding kibble and raw at same time is not recommend because they digest at different rates. Can somebody go into a little deeper explanation for me? For me, I can eat processed sugar, fruits, vegatables, and steak, which all digest at different rates and be fine. Thanks, ...
