Mondioring?
Anyone done it, know anything about it, interested in it? I'm pretty interested, but of course there are no clubs anywhere near me. :( I'd kind of like to get into this over schutzhund eventually, because it seems really cool. Lots of different things to do.

Aussies and landing after jumps
Neiko tends to land pretty hard on his front end when he jumps. I have heard that this is a common problem with aussies. Does anyone have experience with correcting this?

please recommend some good puppy foods!
The puppy's estimated adult size may reach 70lbs, so do I need a large breed formula? I have had bad results with our current dog on Wellness and some of the other holistic formulas, but maybe it's just "her". I'm not in a good mind-set to try raw right now either, so while I appreciate...

Is large breed puppy food ok..
to feed small adult dogs? I ask because I am going to be switching Chamuco to a good large breed puppy food, not sure which one yet so am also asking for suggestions as to which would be good, and was wondering if I could feed the same thing to my adults because they always eat each others food and if...

What foods are dangerous?
I know cooked bones are bad, as well as chocolate but what else? I was eating Pistaccio nuts yesterday and they kept stareing at me so I gave them each one not thinking they would really eat them but they did and begged for more.So that made me wonder what I should and should not give them if I am eating...

Raw bones are ok right?
I just called my local Kroger and spoke to the guy in the meat dept and he said if I get there between 7-7:30 in the mornings they will give me the bones that they trim the meat off of. I hope it is ok because I think my boys would love it and I think I read somewhere that it is ok to give raw bones...

Agility - How many venues do YOU compete in?
I've been admittedly hard-core NADAC since Luke and I started agility. The facility where we began our training (and now Kaiser attends) hosts regular NADAC trials -- about 10 a year -- and there are quite a few other places within a 3-hour drive, so it made a fair amount of sense to focus my ambitions...

Agility - What methods do you follow?
I'm just curious of course, ever since getting into agility, I've really gotten into agility. I've been reading on the boards and am interested in, and surprised by, some of the ways people teach agility. So I'd love to have a discussion with those who do agility, how you start it, what...

Honest kitchen causing urinary irritation??
I'm using, and have been using the HK preference premix base and just adding my own meats. Been doing that for quite some time. Lately the big guy, I've noticed, seems to (well there's no other way to put it) lick his penis each time after he urinates, he's just recently, say in the...

Cooking instead of kibble
I have been thinking about cooking my dogs food instead of kibble. Could anyone tell me what kinds of meat would be good for them and other things to add to the meat? Thanks

Veggies.....cook and mash ? OR just mash ??
I have been cooking for several months now. Buy bags of frozen veggies when on sale (like today ) and have been steaming them, using a tiny food processor to chop them up. They end up being mixed in with everything else and frozen again. I bought myself a real Cusinart food processor today. Can I just...

Can dogs eat pork?
I mean, I know they can eat it, but can they digest it OK? We have a left over pork chop from the other night. It's a good size one. Idon't want it, and Jeremy doesn't want it. It's fully cooked, not seasoned or breaded, just baked plain. Is there any reason I can't cut it into...

that was pleasing
My dogs love chewing on ribs. They don't necessarily always chew up the bone part, depending on which dog it is, but they always enjoy clearing off the meat. Stopped into a meat market I've seen, but never been in as it is out of my way. They freeze meats and sell, as lots of people buy in bulk...

Coming to Side (BlackLabbie)
I'm having a bit of trouble getting Apollo to come to my side in a sit. He will do it, but, his butt is always out. I need him to come to my side and face the same direction as me...instead, he's facing my side with his butt out. Any tips on luring him?

Becca; Am I doing this wrong?
I'm trying to calculate how much total protein Jessie gets when I add some meat to her kibble using the Pearson's Square. For example; 3 ounces broiled cod ( or cod cooked with dry heat) weighs 85 grams. It has 19 grams of protein and 63.06 grams of water which means it's 22% protein and...

Food Allergy?

Can someone provide me with articles or links?
I want to send my dad and step mom articles and PROOF that feeding a diet heavy in corn or with any corn at all in it, could be causing their dog all her problems. I've had many discussions with him before, but I don't think he believes me. His dog has: severe skin itching, mostly in her...

Canidae grain free anyone?
I can't get my hands on Orjen and the price went up again so decided I would see what else is out there for the beast. I was tempted to get Canidae grain free salmon but decided against it because of the potato protein being listed so high. Anyone try it or have input on it? Thanks I decided to try...
