Aluminum Acetate for ear infections? Ever heard of this?

Hello, My vet prescribed ALUMINUM ACETATE drops as a new therapy to help prevent chronic ear infections in my Shih Tzu. Has anyone ever heard of this?? It smells like white vinegar. I trust my vet, I was just curious because it is apparently a new therapy. Has anyone used this or heard of it at all...

dry heaving - please help

Yesterday we noticed our dog would periodically dry heave. She hadn't recently eaten and nothing came up. After a few heaves, she would be fine and act normal. She ran around in the yard and ate her dinner. Throughout the night she woke us up 4 times with this again and then would settle and go back...

Is there such a thing? I need an app that will take care of keeping track of all these things, kind of like a reminder, bill tracker, money manager and really good calender all in one. I dont care if I have to pay for it or not. Has anyone found anything like this at all?

how much should I be feeding?
