I homecook for my dog. His ear infections and skin problems are gone. I started homecooking for him in May after a long (almost 2 months) of a very bad ear infection that just wouldn't go away. Anyway, he is doing very well on homecooked. I give him homecooked twice a day and supplement with Solgar...

Hi everyone! At last we have made landfall in Omaha and secured a home and an internet connection. [ ] BF (obviously) passed his test the 2nd time and we left Boston the next day. Russell handled things pretty well - he seemed terrified of the big rigs passing us on the road but all in all he handled...

Nick and I need prayers. [update]
Posted to:
News & Entertainment
Nick and June were running through the back yard last night, and Nick hit his left front leg (or shoulder) on the fence post. HARD. He screamed, hobbled, and then fell down whining. I carried him in, crated him, and dosed him up with some Arnica. I've manipulated his leg, foot, and shoulder, all...

I'm posting this on behalf of my parents as they need some food advice for their dog Bailey. Bailey will be 11 in December and has a thyroid problem. In the past 6 weeks he has dropped about 12lbs. I took him to the vet on the weekend and they run a number of tests. Thank god everything came back...

Dog Encyclopedia
Posted to:

I'm thinking of getting a dog encyclopedia with all dog breeds imaginable in it. I'm eyeing the New Enyclopedia of the Dog by Bruce Fogle, but some reviews say the descriptions are too brief but the pictures are really good... I think that's pretty typical of Fogle's books. Anyone...
