Haven't been around much lately but just had to share. Riggs, Tazer and I did the Woof n Hoof - a fundraiser for the Milwaukee Gilda's club. And we ended up on the front cover of the local newspaper: Riggs wore a pink bandana and Tazer had his legs colored pink in support of me.

You Know You're From Canada When... You're not offended by the term, "Homo Milk." You understand the phrase, "Could you pass me a serviette, I just dropped my poutine, on the chesterfield." You eat chocolate bars, not candy bars. You drink pop, not soda. You...

About 4 weeks ago, I took my dog in for acupuncture. She had needles in her back and in her legs. She had about 10-15 needles. Right when the doctor walked out, the dog shook them all off but 4. It was like she was shaking off water. The next visit, the vet decides to do "aquapuncture". She...

I posted about part of this in Sports and Work, but in short Ben's trainer yesterday advised me to look into having Ben trained as a gun dog. She thinks he has the right characteristics for it and I am all for giving Ben a "job". He's also approaching the age at which we could start...

What do I do now?
Posted to: Training & Behavior
So yesterday, Gandolf bit another person. I wasn't at home, but my husband left the back gate open (I'm so mad at him right now, I can barely speak to him without completely screaming at him), and a neighbor was riding his motorcycle down the alley. Apparently, the neighbor saw the gate opened...
