Finding a good dremmel

I don't have any grooming stores around here, which SUCKS!. But I'm looking to buy a dremmel. Maze HATES her nails being clipped but I can file them with a nail file so I was thinking about investing in one and since I know nothing about grooming, I figured I'd ask here! Lol Any advice on...

My neighbors dog just got skunked. She was right outside my kitchen window and my window was open. I ran as fast as I could to get all of my windows closed, but my house reeks!
