Red swellen eyes help.

14yr old terrier has brain tumor
Anyone out there can tell me how long my dog can live with a brain tumor? She is still eating but having a hard time going to the bathroom when I take her out. She has really gotten disorentated she also has cushings and vestilbul disease.
