House training vs Marking
I have a 6-month-old neutered Boston terrier puppy. Vito was neutered about one month ago but was already lifting his leg to urinate when I got him at about 4.5 months. I wouldn#%92t call Vito house broken yet but the last few accidents have been more what I would consider marking then training accidents...

Want to start a Puppy Class...
Ok, my town does not have any puppy classes available. I wanted to try and get one going but wanted to see if anyone out there has any suggestions on what to do, what not to do, etc. While I don't have years of experience in training, I'm a trainer in training, so to speak. I plan to also enlist...

Biting!
Help! My six month old has just started biting. She started doing this a couple of weeks ago. Whenever she wants my attention, she bites my hands or arms or back. If I ignore her, she bites harder. When I say "AAAH!" and walk away, she jumps and bites my butt! Yes, my butt. If I turn around...

Scout grumbled at me last night!!!!!
Ok, so yesterday Scout went to daycare and ran his butt off. It was a nice day, so I imagine he really ran hard. He was SO tired last night. More than normal. My husband went to bed about an hour before me. Scout likes to curl up on our bed if one of us is there, but we have him go in his crate when...

Training our new puppy.
This is my first time visiting this MB. I'm glad I've found it bc this is our first puppy! Sasha is 7 weeks old and we've had her for one week. We tired keeping her in the crate at night, but she whined and wanted to go outside almost every hour. So we put her in our bed. She only wakes up...

BUNNI! Litter help
I am in desperate need of advice. I have posted in the earlier months when I first got my chi/malt/zue mix and got some really great advice. I still read these boards often and am what you would call a “lurker”. Well, my puppy is now seven months. I have been trying to litter train her and am still having...
