i currently have a mixed dog (german shorthair, chocolate lab, blue heeler, and some other breeds) and I am getting a shih tzu. Bacteria called Clostridium Perfringens causing diarrhea!

I have  osted several threads in the last few days because of diarrhea issues I've been having with my two Shih Tzus, Charlie and Duke. I finally took a stool sample to the Vet and they tested it and found a bacteria called Clostridium Perfringens. They said typically it comes from contaminated soil...

I was looking at the online version of my hometown newspaper, and found that the priest who married us passed away...on the same day my Dad and my father-in-law did...Aug 28. Different years. So then I had to find out when the minister who officiated died (back then we had to have one of each). Well...

Well with yesterday being labor day we had alot of running to do and the dogs were at home. They were alone for about 4 hours and did awesome. I thought for sure Id come home to an accident on the floor from Dixie, 15 weeks old, but nope. So then we were home for a few hours and played with the dogs...
