I got some of the Skechers Shapeups like what...3 weeks back? I forget how long. But I have been wearing them on and off when I do my walks. I try to walk at least 3x a week..usually a mile or just over. Nothing life threatening...this is me we're talking about here. Exercise is Gina Kryptonite....
