Flees? (jm)
So like I hinted in my other post I think moca has flees. They are not on any prevention because honestly it has never been an issue until now so I didn't see the point. However the other day I found quite a few black spots in her fur. They are close to her skin and "stuck" to her fur but...

Abscess? ...and from what?
Had an emergency with one of my dogs today. Looks like an abscess, started from something unknown at this point. I think it's possibly from a spider bite, however the Vet thinks it's unlikely due to the fact that situation is rare. Would like some feedback. Hoping maybe someone has experience...

This damned anal gland..
Grimm had an impacted anal gland about 3 or 4 weeks ago. He was put on two antibiotics. At the end of the two week course, it abscessed. So, it was lanced and he was put on a second course. Now, about a week and a half in, it seems to be abscessing again. Any tips?

Weight loss brag!
Just a small brag for my little fatties who have been on a diet for awhile... Wyatt is down from 103lbs to 94lbs! I do think some weight loss is attributed to him being sick/surgery...but he looks and feels so good now. Josie is down from 79lbs to 73lbs! Now if I only I could lose some weight...

Buying from reputable breeder; puppies have fleas at 6 weeks. Is this...
We are purchasing a Weimaraner from a reputable breeder with plenty of experience. Upon a recent visit, however, we learned that the puppies all have fleas. They are about 6 weeks, but we are pretty sure we've seen fleas on them since the first visit at 6 days. Is this normal / common?...

Fly Problems
You ever had fly problems on your dogs? My two Labradors have some issues with getting swarmed and bitten. We rub GoJo, (A hand soap), just plain on their ears and head. The flies are GONE now. :) Hope this helped. :)

UTI, or something else?
Bailey is leaking. It started about a month ago (that I noticed). One day, we got back from a walk and he had gotten a drink then layed down on his bed, and maybe 10-15 minutes later, he peed. He didn't seem to realize that he was doing it, and looked shocked once he noticed it. I figured he just...

Healthy 5.5yr old golden losing weight
Bugsy's first love, Bella, has always been if anything slightly overweight somewhere around 75lbs when 70 would be ideal. In December their neighbor got a lab pup and she started to play regularly with the pup. So when she went to the vet and they said she'd lost weight (I think she lost over...

Heartworms
