My list would consist of:
OLD toy poodle with terrible eyesight (my fault, was taking his food bowl up and he nailed me good). Deep puncture wound with blood inbetween thumb and fore finger and soft pad of thumb.
American Eskimo - fear biter. Tried to remove a muzzle as I was crating him. BAM, he turned and got me. Deep punctures w/blood on hand.
Shih Tzu with aggression problems - no one has been able to groom her without complete sedation. Her owner handed her to me. I was holding her, talking to owner. All appeared fine, then she launched her teeth into my face. Two punctures, one in upper lip w/tearing and the other on lower lip that nearly went through to the inside. The owner didn't even appologize! I simply handed her back and told her we weren't going to even attempt it [

My most recent bite was from a great dane. I was at his home and he bite me completely out of the blue. Got my entire bicep muscle between his jaws. Three punctures with alot of bleeding. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago and they are still not completely healed.
I will say that ALL of these incidences were MY FAULT! As a rational human, trained in animal care, I should ALWAYS be on top of my game. Being aware of my surroundings and an animals behavior is paramount with anyone that works with animals. 99% of animal bites are attributable to the humans inability to read the animals behavior, unawareness, miscalculations, OR the inconsiderate way that some people act around them. I've never blamed a dog for a bite and I never will (even an aggressive dog).
OH, and I've been bitten by lion cubs (not my fault), they were learning to stalk, [
