• Cazzy Posted : 2/21/2007 11:54:57 PM My old gal gsd no longer with me  ..Did great with kirkland food..I would give her chicken and rice...Then the next time I would buy it she would  get the Lamb and rice...It's a good food.. • fuzzy_dogs_mom Posted : 2/23/2007 2:27:59 PM Max was on the Kirkland for a long time and it worked great for him.  The only reason I switched him to the EP Holistic was because I thought it was a better food and might help with the non-stop shedding.  It didn't.  The difference in price isn't an issue ($17 for 40 lbs. Kirkland, $45 for 33 lbs.
