    I'm confused about how Strauss got home with you, but Delphi had to be left behind?

     Delphi is in season, and Strauss is intact. They couldn't go in the same car, without serious confinement that wouldn't fit. At least, that is what I gathered. Since Strauss is a service dog, and Xeph needs him, he came first.

    To bad people put their selves in postition to have to make bad choices.  Choices that weren't necessary IF Xeph had contacted the Co-owner.  The contract was a co-ownership dependent on terms to make Xeph the full owner.  So it wasn't necessary for Sara (original call name) to be left with strangers.

    TTTT- are you the other co-owner? Just wondering. Finally got around to reading this entire thread. Xeph, you went through a lot in such a short period of time!

    If people missed it my mother paid for a flight to get me home....Strauss being a Service Dog was allowed to fly with me in cabin.

    I'm so sorry that all of this is happening Xeph. You have done the best you can for yourself and for your dogs. You did not place them in danger in any way and I would hope that a good co-owner would understand the extreme circumstances of the situation. I will never co-own a dog with anyone other than my mentor. I technically co-own one of them, own one, and I'm not even on the papers of the others. We have no contract but he would NEVER take the dogs from me. If I ever have a problem where they need to stay with him, thats where they go. If for some reason I had to leave one or more of them somewhere because of a situation you were in, he would completely understand. You have done nothing wrong Xeph. I like to stay on the outskirts of the dog fancy for this reason. I don't care for some of the stuff that gets pulled on good owners.
