Cute! She looks like puppy Kord.

Shoot, wish I could take her home! She's adorable. I hope you find her (responsible, loving, distraught) family out there somewhere...

Awww, what a cutie!  Keep us posted...

She did well last night.  We put her in a crate next to Rex and she was quiet all night. :)   Bowel movement normal, no diarreah. She seems like such a nice puppy, I wonder how she ended up where we found her.  It's like she was dumped along with the carpet........

I have no problem keeping her until her owner can be located or a good home can be found.  I was a little worried about how Belle would react but she's been great with the pup, so that makes life easier.

Adding a few pic's of the pup and Belle interacting this morning.

Jackie, she looks good in these photo's. I know you mentioned that she looked thin but that is a good thing in growing GSD's. Her coat looks great.

Hopefully you will find her owners in the next day or so, if not maybe you could keep her!

OMG!!!!!!!!!! She's adorable.  I agree with Cita.  I hope she has a good home that's missing her.

She is adorable!  Hopefully someone will claim her.

Yes, her weight doesn't concern me.  She is thinner than these pic's show but nothing unusual for her size and age.  I can't get her up to the Vet for a few hours.

Oh, please keep your fingers and toes crossed that she has an owner looking for her!  I am already half in love and DH has said about ten times how adorable she is.  I do not want another dog at this time.  I don't think I would have too much trouble placing her if I can't find her owner.  I have no problem keeping her for a while if necessary. For anyone wondering, I would of course spay her before she was placed. I can't get her to the Vet for a few hours because I'm the only one in the office this morning.

She does look really good...makes me think there is someone out there who's missing her.

Yes, she does look good.  Nikon was all ribs at that age despite eating 6-7 cups of food a day (my adult GSD eats 2).

Pretty dog...in case you hadn't contacted them yet this group might be able to help place her more expediently...maybe a courtesy listing or heck they might even have  a wait list for pups!

Jackie, it's so wonderful that you took her in, even if you don't keep her.

Thanks for the link Gina.  I was going to contact rescue if she has no owner.  She seems a very nice pup, good bite inhibition, good puppy manners with the other dogs.  It's too soon to really know what her personality is but these are good indicators, IMO.

Heck yes, Kord is STILL all ribs and lanky lines.
