• houndlove Posted : 8/19/2007 6:38:36 PM On the easy factor....for whatever it's worth out of the 10 dogs in our CGC class, Marlowe was the only one to pass the test. We all took the same 8 week preperation class...that test is not easy for dogs with some pretty average behavior issues--leash-pullers, dogs who don't come when called, dogs who jump up to greet.... It is easy if you have a pretty well trained dog, but that's sort of the whole point of the test. It's for testing the basic minimum level of obedience for safe public access. The next level up of obedience would be an actual novice-level competitive obedience or rally-o title. And congrats Shippo!
