TGIF chat already

One time I had an altercation with a cat. The cat won and my arm looked like mince meat. I soaked the scratches in warm Epsom salt and it helped with the ache and reduced the redness and swelling around the scratches. It has also helped with an inadvertent step into a fire ant mound. I hate those things. *shudder* Callie might know something better. Hope you sleep better tonight!

Nicole, I am bruised, very swollen, & all of the bite wounds hurt.  A lot.  All in all, I am ok, & this morning, I wasn't scared for my family's safety, which is a very nice feeling to have.

Oh, no!  I imagined you would be in worse shape before it got better, but that's just not what you want going on right now.   It must be a wonderful feeling, though, to know the guy is taken care of.  I hope you manage to have an enjoyable weekend despite all of this.

I have to get up at 8am for the directv guy to come.  Who's bright idea was it to schedule it first thing in the morning?  Ugh.
