I SAW A BLACK WIDOW SPIDER IN MY YARD!!!!!!!!  eeeeekkkkkk!

DH says they live under the downspout tray things but since I never have to lift them up, that was ok with me, but this one was crawling across the grass like 6" from Kes' FOOT! EWWWWW!

I'm eating a Lean Cuisine chicken alfredo dish and it's delicious. I could eat 2 or 3 of these but I guess that'd defeat the "lean" part of the meal, right?

Big Smile That sort of reminds me of the question "How much Heathy Choice ice cream can you eat before it's no longer considered a healthy choice?" Fingers and paws crossed that everything goes OK with your appointment. I'll bet you can hardly wait until all of this is finally over.

Not good news at the pre-op appt. Dr. felt like the mass is larger. Heck, I knew that. It feels like I have a cantaloupe in my lower abdomen. He decided to do an ultrasound and then based on that he felt that we should have an oncologist in on the surgery. Problem is the oncologist's availability. He's going to check and see if the guy is available next week and if so, we'll delay the surgery a few days. If not, we'll have to make a decision. I hadn't been really worrying about the cancer concern until this appt but now it's hard to not worry :(

Ugh, Cathy, I'm so sorry. Fingers crossed for you over here! I hope the oncologist can find some time in his schedule for you sooner, rather than later.

Stupid cantaloup mass, Cathy. Fingers are crossed for you.

I am just averting my eyes from the carpet. At least my dog is white and the carpet is beige.

Oh Cathy, I'm sorry your pre-op appt didn't go very well. Sending super duper non-c vibes your way. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ *woosh! they go all the way to CA*

My mom wrecked her car today. I feel bad for her, but it was her fault and she is such a spacey driver. Apparently a car in front of her hit the brakes, she quick checked her blind spot to see if she could get around the car, but by the time she looked back it was too late. She totally rear-ended the car. The car was stopping because there was a loose dog in the road, that she (my mom) didn't see. Ugh. She said the airbags went off, she hit her head on the airbag and headrest, but refused medical treatment because "she couldn't afford it." UGH! For cryin' out loud if you get in an accident and smack your noggin at least get it checked out! She has insurance, but "it doesn't cover everything." So frustrating.

Good vibes your way - Cathy!

:( I'm leaving WI tomorrow morning. I'm pretty sad about it - don't really want to go back to hot sticky FL. It was so nice to see the family again...*sigh* back to reality, I guess

Cathy, sending positive thoughts for you.  Good healthy thoughts.  You are strong.

Today I totaled my car by blowing the engine.  The car I'm supposed to drive to Denver on Sunday to move me and Gracie and Henry.  The only thing of any significant value that I own outright.  I have had a very long day and feel exhausted emotionally more than physically, even though I've been up since 4:30am, after only 4 hours of sleep.

I think the internet is getting shut off to this place tomorrow.  Guess I need to keep trolling on craigslist tonight, plus work to finalize the hotel stay for Sunday night in Idaho (half-way point to Denver.)  This is so sureal...
