My husband...takes TWENTY MINUTE SHOWERS...yeah. REEE DIC ULOUS!! I used to wonder what he did in there, but then I realized that I probably did not want to know. LMBO.

Hahaha my DH takes showers that are 20 minutes minimum too and I *have* to tease him about it - mine, including shampooing and conditioning my hair, take a max of about 12 minutes.

I shower at night, so in the am I get dressed, minimal makeup, let the dogs out (supervised since we don't have a fence), feed all the critters, scoop the litterbox if needed, make/eat breakfast while surfing msg boards, pick up contentious dog toys (i.e. chew bones), double check all doors to make sure they're locked (I'm a little OCD like that), find socks and shoes, and then head out the door.  Work is a 17 minute drive - at the new house it'll only be 8! :)

I've asked my BF - he says he just likes to stand in there. WTF, all I see is $$$ running down the drain, the longer I'm in there! He takes TWO showers a day, too. I swear my utility bills would be so much lower if it weren't for him.

My BF does this too! He says he "gets lazy" and "forgets what he was doing" and "just kind of stands there in the water." Seeeeeeriously? Now I'm plenty guilty of just standing under the faucet sometimes and enjoying the feel of the hot water, but even when my hair was down to my butt my showers were pretty much 20 mins max.

BF's lengthy showers started when I finally started getting him to use conditioner in his hair (he has dry scalp problems).... really, I think it's all my fault. Stick out tongue

DH takes really long showers too!

For work I wake up at 5:50 let Lex out, get in the shower ( takes like 10-12 min) get out, get dressed ( I pick out my clothes the night before), Let lex in and give him his cookie, Do hair and makeup ( minimal), I usually finish around 6:25 - 6:30 then I go back and snuggle with DH ( It is sort of a ritual I do, I know I'm wierd) Go turn on my truck at 6:40, Brush teeth, Kiss DH (still sleeping) and Lex good bye and I'm out the door at 6:50. I eat breakfast at work. Sometimes I leave 5 min early to get coffee.

My DS #1 was just like this.  He'd get the water as hot as he could stand it, then I'm pretty sure he'd just lean against the wall and go back  to sleep until the water got cold. Tongue Tied I've had a low flow showerhead for years though, so even if someone stays in there awhile they're not really going through as much water as it seems.

I start work at 10am and usually get up around 8:30. My morning routine is quite standard...all the normal stuff (brush teeth, wash face), let the dogs out, then I tend to walk around aimlessly for a good while listening to music, and finally get dressed and put a little makeup on (just mascara and blush usually).

I also shower at night (I hate showering in the morning...I love hot showers and cannot enjoy them when I'm in a hurry! I'm one of those people who can take 30 minute showers, I just think they're so relaxing) but I get up a little earlier than necessary in the morning so I can go through the Tim Horton's drive thru, which is out of the way. : / But, I need my cappucino.

I need to go to bed...can't wait til tomorrow's over because I don't have to work Friday. Glorious. : )
