Breakfast: 2c Special K red berries w/ 1/2 c 2% milk w/ a large iced coffee
Snack: 100cal bag of kettle corn popcorn w/ a water and can of diet pepsi
Lunch: 1 can of Progresso light chicken noodle soup w/ a water
Snack: 2 Gala apples, sliced w/ a hot green tea
Dinner: boneless, skinless chicken breast, grilled, on a huge green salad (lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, green peppers, red onions) w/ Kens light italian dressing w/ a can of diet pepsi
Snack: 100cal bag of kettle corn popcorn w/ water
