What did you eat today?!

    Breakfast: taco, bacon and egg, good but very fattening  :(

    Lunch: nachos with salsa made from our homegrown tomatoes.  Yes, it was delicious.

    Dinner: Hamburgers from the grill. 

    Dessert: peach or yogurt

    So, I think I covered all the food groups: mistery meat, fuit, veggi and chocolate. Wink

    A few years back there was an article in the San Francisco Chronicle about a man celebrating his 98th. birthday.  He had come over from Ireland when he was 18 and for 80 years he had the same thing for breakfast every day ... Irish coffee and a jelly donut.  He said that covered the four basic food groups for him - grease, sugar, alcohol and caffeine. Smile

    Breakfast: Blackberries and organic vanilla yogurt

    Lunch: Raw bell peppers and whole wheat pita with an olive tapenade dip

    Supper: Dijon mustard sauce crusted pork tenderloin, roasted potatoes, tossed salad

    Dessert: Small piece of strawberry rhubard crisp

     Breakfast- Coffee with Bailey's...then a pancake.

    Lunch - cold leftover pancake, Munchies, piece of gourmet licorice.

    Afternoon - Smokie and coleslaw, chunk of chocolate and 3 marshmallows.

    Dinner - Slice of pizza.

    interspersed with a half dozen beer, 2 coolers and a spiced rum and coke.... Wheeeeeee it was a good weekend!

    Breakfast: Pineapple, almonds

    Lunch: Celery sticks, cherry tomatoes, Thinsations Fudgee-O 100 cal packs

    Supper: Angel hair pasta with homemade pesto sauce, garlic bread, fresh garden tomatoes tossed in lemon juice and EVOO

    Dessert: Green tea with honey and milk

    Breakfast: 2c Special K red berries w/ 1/2 c 2% milk w/ a large iced coffee

    Snack: 100cal bag of kettle corn popcorn w/ a water and can of diet pepsi

    Lunch: 1 can of Progresso light chicken noodle soup w/ a water

    Snack: 2 Gala apples, sliced w/ a hot green tea

    Dinner: boneless, skinless chicken breast, grilled, on a huge green salad (lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, green peppers, red onions) w/ Kens light italian dressing w/ a can of diet pepsi

    Snack: 100cal bag of kettle corn popcorn w/ water

    Breakfast: 1 cup light vanilla soy milk, pineapple

    Lunch: 1/2 whole wheat bagel with light cream cheese, red bell pepper

    Supper: 3 bean vegetarian chilli topped with light sour cream, shredded cheese, tortilla chips, chopped scallions and a multigrain roll

    Dessert: Fruit salad
