I had a pretty good day today. I worked, so it didn't give me a lot of chances to fill up on junk food. 
Breakfast:
Smoothie [made with soy milk, banana, fresh blackberries, ground flaxseed and a touch of organic vanilla yogurt.]
Lunch:
Whole Wheat Tortilla w/ salsa
Supper:
Stuffed red peppers [stuffed with brown rice, ground turkey, canned tomoatoes, herbs and topped with bread crumbs and cheese.]
Steamed Broccoli
Dessert:
Apple slices with peanut butter
Green tea with milk and a touch of honey
