    What did you eat today?!

    I had a pretty good day today. I worked, so it didn't give me a lot of chances to fill up on junk food. Stick out tongue

    Breakfast:

    Smoothie [made with soy milk, banana, fresh blackberries, ground flaxseed and a touch of organic vanilla yogurt.]

    Lunch:

    Whole Wheat Tortilla w/ salsa

    Supper:

    Stuffed red peppers [stuffed with brown rice, ground turkey, canned tomoatoes, herbs and topped with bread crumbs and cheese.]

    Steamed Broccoli

    Dessert:

    Apple slices with peanut butter

    Green tea with milk and a touch of honey

    Mine was simple:

    Breakfast: iced tea and a everything bagel

    Lunch: 2 pieces of left over pork schnitzel and water

    Dinner: a fried baloney sandwich and a glass of milk

    :) no dessert for me lol

    Lunch: tuna sandwich

    Dinner: in progress shortly, starring leftover barbq'd chicken and a salad starring tomatoes from our garden.  Might throw a potato in the microwave too.

    Dessert:  probably some peach preserves on toast

    We must be related!!  I haven't had one of these since forever but man do I love them.  Hmmm, might have to buy some bologna this weekend.

     Breakfast: never eat breakfast

    Lunch: chicken nuggets from McD.

    Supper: chicken from Lee's Famous Recipe

    Desert: will be cake I made the other day even though I already ate 2 pieces today.Big Smile

    Today was a 'naughty' day for me (see pizza and cookies).... 

    Breakfast: Dunkin Donuts egg, cheese, and bacon Breakfast Wrap

    Lunch: 3 slices of pepperoni pizza (left over from last night)

    Snack: 3 chocolate chip cookies

    Dinner: Unknown....still haven't eaten and I'm not hungry

    Oh boy.....that makes me THINK!  LOL

    I graze so morning food....a banana, Fiber One granola bar.....lots of coffee

    Lunch was 2 small slices of sausage pizza leftover from last night

    About a gallon and a half of ice water.....

    Dinner is salad, steaks from the grill and a sauteed zuchini, crook neck combo, a glass of milk.  Dessert?  Who knows?  Maybe some ice cream?  Maybe not.  Depends on whether or not DH wants to go dig through the deep freeze and unearth some.  Since there is a UGLY iguana living out there that scares the tar out of me, I don't go in after dark!

     Breakfast...oatmeal, banana and coffee

    Lunch...Lance's cheese and peanut butter crackers

    Supper...cheeseburger (no bread), fries, and a big ole hunk of watermelon!

    I went to a local country cookin' restaurant called Ramsey's and ate it for early lunch and then again for dinner #1. Cajun fried catfish, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli casserole, cornbread and hushuppies, and a few fried banana peppers. I also had a bite of banana bottom pie and butterscotch pie. For dinner #2 (at about 1 or 2 am) is a fettucine alfredo smart ones, a peach, a yogurt and some cookies. Then at 5am i always eat a clif bar.

     Breakfast: water, gummy worms, 3 oatmeal cookies and a leftover bisquit

    Lunch: 2 cheese rollups, chips, gummy frogs and a fruitista freeze 

    Dinner: unknown

    Dessert: tea with sugar and cream

    Breakfast: 2 oatmeal cookies and a half of a banana (Willa ate the other half), small glass of juice

    Lunch: One piece of leftover pizza, some bites of the crusts of a grilled cheese, water

    Dinner: Veggie burger and fries, caffeine-free Pepsi

    Dessert: another oatmeal cookie

    I know I need to eat better but Willa is a total attention hog and hates it when I'm in the kitchen. I seriously can only make things that take just a few minutes. She eats much better that I do!

    Morning--Iced coffee x3 or was it 4. . .a White Chocolate Macadamia Luna Bar, Hostess 100 calorie coffee cakes, Yoplait yogurt

    Midday--Dannon yogurt, a 100 calorie Special Dark bar

    Late lunch/dinner--broccoli and cheese on a light bun, 100 cal Pringles, then I still wanted more chips so went to the vending machine for a bag of Lay's

    Snack-Weight Watcher Lemon Cake

    I think I'm at my limit for the day but I know I'll have something else later when I'm home watching TV.

    Lunch-  Nada

    Dinner-  Bwana Bob's BBQ Baby Back Ribs.  They were delish.  I thought of Bonita while I was eating.

    Hmmm, seems like today was a meat and potato day. I don't eat like this every day, but here it is...

    breakfast - two slices of bacon and a few crackers

    late lunch at about 3:00 - shaved prime rib sandwich and friesEmbarrassed.....this was going to be all I ate today, but DH cooked more food at 6:30ish, so...

    dinner - two slices of pork tenderloin and some mashed potatoes

    no dessert...yet

    Snack #1 - lemon meringue pie

    Lunch - turkey and cheese sandwich

    Snack #2 - cookies that one of my darn coworkers brought in - chocolate chunk

    Dinner - PANDA EXPRESS. MMMMMMMMMM.

    Snack #3 - hot fudge sundae from DQ.

    Not one thing remotely resembling a veggie -- HAH. I did run 3 miles this AM though, so that's the only way I can eat like that and not weigh 600 lbs.
