I ate HORRIBLY yesterday!
Breakfast: Ultimate breakfast sandwhich, hashbrowns and Starbuck's Latte
Lunch: Pasta salad, cabbage rolls and a piece of garlic bread.
Skipped a snack since I had already had enough calories for the entire day!
Dinner: Salad with lots of veggies topped with salmon. Tried to redeam myself here.
Today has been more the norm and much better
Breakfast: small glass OJ, oatmeal with a tsp of peanut butter
Lunch: Chinese Food, probably Chicken, brocolli, rice in garlic sauce and egg drop soup.
Snack: will be some cherries and hummus with chips.
Dinner: shrimp tacos and beans
