Frontline not working?

Thank you Linda, for the link. But the problem it seems like with fleas, is that is really isn't a middle ground. If smething doesn't work 100%, then you have fleas. With ticks, it is different, you can have a couple ticks, and find them and get them off, but with fleas, if you get a couple, you have a million. Julie

Besides the fact that Frontline Plus just isn't working for my dogs anymore after 4 years, I also believe that it may have been contributing to their itching. The next week will tell. They were due to have it applied a couple of days ago and I didn't do it because they were going to the groomer today. So they had their baths and I purchased some Head & Shoulders for itch and the groomers used it (I've tried everything else on the market and nothing has worked) and they have not been itching today, for the first time in a while. So I'm going to wait at least a week to apply the remainder of their Frontline Plus and if the itching doesn't return prior to that I may not apply it at all, ever again. So, I really need to find an alternative because two nights ago, after taking them out to potty, I found a tick on my PILLOW!!!!!!!!! ALIVE!!!! I have had it....... my girls have never had fleas and ticks - EVER....... I am so glad we've been getting all this rain, hopefully it will help with fleas & ticks in the area. I can't stand the idea of having them on my dogs (and/or me) and in my home............
