Help!

I've been sucked into the Clean Run website and I    can't     get    out

Someone, please, help me before I spend any money!!!!

The sun was out this a.m. so I took Max for his first walk since Saturday and he was like a lunatic on a leash.  One of his favorite things is to go under all the pine trees in the little grove at the end of the street and sniff for squirrels and other dogs.  His mean old mom wouldn't let him do that today because it would have meant either letting him off leash to go sniff by himself or slogging through the mud with him. The sky is all gray and cold looking now, so there's probably some more rain on the way.

I want a Whippet. There were 3 in class last night and they were so sweet and beautiful! I wanted to take them all home! 

 

I would LOVE a Whippet! I love those dogs so much. They are adorable. Unfortunately I can't get one right now. I am not going to have a beagle and a whippet in the same house! If they ever got out together, I'd never find them! There are so many breeds I'd like to own though. One day I will own a whippet, basset hound, staffordshire bull terrier, dachshund, bernese mountain dog, and maybe a mastiff. They will all be stretched out over time though, two dogs is enough for me. I don't know how you guys with 3, 4, 5 + dogs do it! Perhaps if my family and friends were more dog friendly, it would be easier, but it is so hard travelling anywhere even with two dogs!

Fiance is skiing tonight with "the boys" so I get the house to myself. I'm in for a night of laundry. woohoo. 

haha! with four dogs I dont know how we do it either.altho the purchase of my car had alot to do with its 'dog hauling' capabilities!

i hope the sun stays out today. it looks so pretty when you haven't seen the sun for like a freaking week! haha. I'm still not sure if Akyra & Bella are really gonna be good scootering dogs, they like to run, but aren't pulling very consistently. so I gotta see if I can do anything about that.

I'm tired today, and i dont really know why. Just feel like i could lay on the office floor & sleep. My dad went to go see my sis today, I couldn't because I have an appt that I really NEED to go to. It was nice though, he told me again that if I needed to take a few days off I could. He also actually asked me if I was 'mad' - cuz he was trying to get me to change my schedule & have me do a bunch of work stuff at the same time. I was suprised, he usually isnt too concerned how you're 'feeling'.

Dangit, now you've sucked me back in as well.  I was just stuck in their website two nights ago, trying to convince my husband why Honor needs this $42 Tornado Toy.  They have too much good stuff, I want to buy it all.

 *sigh* Honor killed her Tug a Jug.  She figured out that biting the stem off would stop the plug from blocking the opening, and now the kibble just falls out when she tips it....smart dog...

Don't buy a new one!  Go to Home Depot, & buy some rope.  Run the rope through the opening & tie knots on each end.  It's cheaper & easier to replace the rope than it is to replace the entire tug a jug.  Don't be surprised if she, eventually, figures out how to open the entire thing though.

I also really like this toy.  But DH is having a hard time reconcilling the idea of spending $40+ on a single dog toy.   I've been trying to convince him by pushing the durability of the Nina Ottosson toys, and how we'll buy less toys, etc.  But he's countering with the very sane arguement that I have a dog-toy-buying compulsion, and I will STILL find toys for them.  He knows me too well...

Taking Honor to Petsmart later to practice Rally.  I can't believe that I spaced so much on preparing for this trial.  It's our first UKC, and I'm kind of nervous.  I'm trying to console myself by saying that we Q'd on a longer APDT Rally trial course in the exact same venue, so we CAN do this, but I'm a bundle of nerves for some reason, agh.

 i got my issue of the whole dog journal that my pic was used in.  Turns out i was the 'bad' example.( cuz it shows my dogs attached to my bike while i took a pic)  LOL not really I guess, it was a reminder to people to not leave their dogs unattended when attached to a bicycle, so good info overall. i made a note of it on my flickr pics just to remind people also. nothing worse than trying something new & fun, then having your dog  turn the bicycle into a monster cuz you went in to grab something. lol.

I would like a tunnel.  Please.  Cheap?

tape or sew a tarp around a hoop, then either use a prop to stand it up, or make a PVC frame?

ok excuse me, i dont know much about agility yet, that i guess is a 'chute' rather than a tunnel. :)
