Decided to take the easy way out and stopped at my work's cafeteria to get salad bar for dinner. Spring mix greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, purple onions, carrots, turkey, cheese and eggs with Thousand Island dressing. I know, I know, ruining a perfectly healthy meal with that fatty fat fat dressing. But MMMM, so good!
