lost bobbi *another aussie, pics added*

 This happened to my host family's dog in Spain - the dog was there for a bath and somehow got out. The dog was running around loose in the middle of Madrid for almost 12 hours. Miraculously, she was found safe and sound, and everyting turned out okay!! It can happen!

Sending all of my "Bobbi, go HOME!" thoughts your direction.

 No Bobbi sightings yet today. I'm working on some flyers and asked the vets office to pay for half of the printing costs. I'll be out all day again looking.

Jewlieee sent me the email yesterday. Man I wish I could help. With her leash still on I hope she doesn't get into trouble!!!

 I do not have the energy to be angry. I am just worried and scared. The vets office is doing their part. They paid for an add in the paper, were out looking all day yesterday and are going to help me pay for the flyer printing costs.

I'm thinking about Miss Bobbi and you too, hopefully she's found somewhere warm to go.

I was shocked the first time I heard about a vet office loosing a dog, but now I know of 4 times this has happened, two on this forum and two in "real life"....I guess when you think about it it can happen pretty easily.

Julie - I'm so sorry. I'd love to help look for her if I lived closer. I'll be thinking of you both today and hoping for some good news.

Holy crap that is unbelievable! I hope so badly that someone finds her and she is returned safely.

I hope she's OK, poor girl must be so afraid. 

Willow's vet has a fenced area for the dogs to go out in and I think any future vets I use I'll be looking for that too.

Hi all. Well I just got back from searching all day. I stuffed mail boxes, left flyers at local businesses that get a lot of customers and talked to people out on the street. I got a few calls from my mail box stuffing about people who saw her yesterday. So I focused my search in the direction they saw her running (she was hauling ass they said). I hiked way back in the woods with lily and aboud 3:30 finally found some fresh k9 tracks. The problem is there are coyotes in that same area so its hard to know if they were bobbi tracks or not. Either way I followed the tracks, smeared peanut butter on low branches and hiked out. I am going back with a special crate tonight and will put food and a blanket in there. My hope is to keep her in this location as its pretty wooded and safe. Outside of that there are very busy roads. Send all the vibes you can please!! We are heading for a deep freeze with temps ing the single digits during the day and 20 below at night.

Oh my, I do hope you find her.  I will pray she turns up real soon!

 Great work Julie - you and Bobbi have our most intense positive going home for food and warmth vibes!  I so wish I were local I'd have the boy with his nose to the ground!
