Poop eating! Cinnamon and Kuma follow Smokey around the yard just waiting for him to poop! In fact, I don't think the poop ever hits the ground! They think he is the world's hairiest Pez Dispenser!       EWWWWWWW!  Makes me gag just thinking about it!

    Meg,
My dog will do the same thing! She is a puppy, so she eats anything and everything. She used to eat cat poop, which I stopped her from doing because of the iron in cat poop is too much for dogs, and it's just gross. She eats her own throwup, after she throws it up. I guess in a way, it saves me from having to clean it up, lol -- Then again, it's just disgusting! Dogs and their nasty habits! Ickkk.

Brown usually doesn't roll in anything nasty, but once at the beach, he found a huge fish head that had been rotting for days. God, the smell! It took several baths and a few days to de-stink him.

The most disgusting thing I've witnessed was when Grey vomited up cat poop on the living room carpet. This had me gagging. Thank god no one tried to eat that, too.

Max and Georgie will roll in all sorts of disgustingness, but that's not the best. If they are both sniffing at a tree or something, then Max decides to mark it usually. Georgie doesn't always move, and she too gets marked.

Oh ya!  Crusher has to cover up Onyx' pee.  I think he's trying to hide her for someone or something... but anyway he used to do it first pee in the morning and sometimes he just couldn't wait till she was done.  He would end up peeing all over he pretty tail.  I think he has learned not to drink so much before bed though cause lately he has had no trouble waiting.

Blue loved to eat cat poop when he was just a puppy then come to me to give kisses or I smelled his breath so nasty and he got his teeth brushed afterwards I just can't stand the smell.

The worst thing he has done as an adult is rolled in poop it smelled so bad had to give him a bath right away he all so rolled in this unknow substance that smelled awful still don't know what it was. Ever once in a while he will try to eat his own vomit.[sm=vomit03.gif]

We have flying roaches, yes those suckers fly.

They seem to come out more at night, because when I go out late to walk him, you see them flying across your face some will land on you...eeeewww... but Romeo jumps up to catch them and eats them....eeeeeewwwww and then he wants to kiss me.....gggggrrrroooossss[:-][:-][:-]

Indy once discovered an old, mostly rotten cow udder after the neighbors had butchered a cow when we lived in Missouri. He dragged it up the road and tried to bring it into the house.

Mal's only real disgusting habit is tasting his buddy Grady's pee. Grady is raw-fed and gets a lot of fruit in his meals, which we suspect has something to do with it- Mal doesn't do that to ANY other dog.

Bugsy loves to catch and eat bugs - not how he got his name but it certainly fits.  If they hop he plays with them until they don't hop anymore than he eats them.
He eats cat poo and rabbit poo, fortunately he seems to have scared the cats from entering the property [:D]
And he is a little too proper (LOL) to roll in anything.  Heck he just discovered the joy of rolling in wet grass.  I just burst out laughing when I saw him do it because he was like zowie this is fantastic, can't believe what I've been missing

Joey's nasty habits:  When we lived with cats, he did eat cat poop - mmm, tootsie rolls, with crunchy topping.  He has been known to eat used condoms - what gives with this??  And his newest tasty treat is cigarette butts - ack.  I bet he'd probably roll in dead things if there were ever any dead things to roll in, so I'm thankful for that.  Oh, and he's a vomit eater too. Popcorn always tries to chase and catch things.  Once she tried lunging at something, so I turned to see what it was.  It was a GIANT cockroach.  That thing was 3-4 inches long.  It was so disgusting.  Needless to say, I did NOT let her take that thing home.

ok....at least in my eyes, I have everyone beat.....I have a friend that lives right outside Memphis kinda in the country and one night after letting his Golden out to potty before bed he noticed a very strange odor as he was letting his dog back inside. To make a long story short, the Golden had been sprayed by a skunk that he had found and wanted to "play" with. . The dog, when let back inside, went nuts rolling everywhere it could. Bottom line and end results ? they had to pull up ALL the downstairs carpet and replace it (they live in a very large 6,000 sq. ft. house)  because the skunk smell was in that carpet and not going anywhere. They also had to hire a fumigator to come in and treat the whole house......they ended up spending well over $10,000 all over just letting their baby out to potty before bedtime. [sm=eek.gif]

What's more disgusting is that my dog would come over asking for affection: lick-lick, I'd lean over... then [smell] [smell] - EWwwwwwww... What you've been cleaning?!?! [:'(]

EDIT: It's funny, but my dog would find cat hair balls, and walk around it - I mean as far as he can. He hates the sight of it, same with dog poop, I can literally see his face go -> [&:][:'(].

You guys are killing me.  I'm in the office rolling - tears running down my face.  My employees think I've totally lost my marbles.

    Furry pez dispenser!  Oh my!!

Ok, Belle likes to clean Butchie's 'boy parts'.  My husband loses it.  He was raised a devout Catholic, so it just offends his sense of morals, regardless of the fact that they are dogs!!!

Baron always liked to chase and eat flies.  It was the only thing that would get his lazy but up in his last couple months.  Blech!

Duval does the scratch his ears and eat the wax thing.  So gross.

They all like rolling in really stinky stuff.  What in nature makes them do this??  Ugh!!  And they all like the candy bars in the cat box.  [:'(]

Life with dogs - ain't it great??!!
