The Mysterious Blue Kong

• chewbecca Posted : 6/14/2007 8:57:34 PM Aww! See, Ella is not a normal dog! She's all delicate with her Kong and just licks it to death. She won't bite it and she's just now figured out how to sit it up on the small end to lick the big opening. Crazy dog. I'm going to be putting all kinds of good things in it. I'm going to stay away from peanut butter though because that makes everything that much harder for her to get. If I only put enough peanut butter over the little hole so that it holds all the other stuff in, then we're good. She's getting little tiny pieces of cut up beef heart and kibble and yogurt in hers tomorrow! Ella acts like she has NO clue as to how the kong functions. I mean, she did at first, that is. I took Houndlove's advice and started giving her just dry kibble in it until she figured it out.
