    Good points Sharismom.

    On that same line of thought, try to use "I" statements instead of "You" statements.  For example, "I feel neglected" rather than "You ignore me".  And try to avoid words like 'always', and 'never' b/c usually that is an exaduration (sp?) albeit, sometimes not a big one.

    yeah, Steph.  I probably didn't use the best example, but I myself am practicing the "when XX happens, I feel like YY" sentences.  Oh, it is so hard sometimes!  Tongue Tied
