Raindrops keep falling on my head.....

Only it seems to be a monsoon.  We had to leave the campground on Saturday because Sheba did a little dance at the end of her lead that was perceived as "agression".  She honestly didn't show any agression at all, and I shouldn't have put her in a position to be around so darned many people.

So, we're living in a friends front yard for now.......hoping and praying for a job really fast.  The killer is of course I had JUST paid a full months rent on Wednesday and then we had to leave.  No freaking refunds.

I won't likely be on very much, and wanted to make sure folks didnt think I'd fallen off the face of the earth.

Ah Glenda, I am so sorry to hear this!!!  Stay strong, the rain won't last!

    • Gold Top Dog

Oh man, Glenda I'm sorry.  I'm still thinking about you guys and hoping that something good happens SOON!

    • Gold Top Dog

Glenda, I haven't stopped but will keep praying and thinking good thots --

    • Gold Top Dog

We will be sending positive thoughts your way.If you decide to try NY for a change feel free to park here! Keep your chin up!

    • Gold Top Dog

Ah, I am so sorry for all of this!! I must have missed something along the way, but I will keep sending good vibes your way for something great to come along anytime now for you guys!!

    • Gold Top Dog

Oh Glenda!  This is just so wrong.  It is beyond time for you guys to catch a break.  Continued prayers and good thoughts for you.

    • Gold Top Dog

sheesh, you just can't get a break!

    • Gold Top Dog

you can come stay here PA..

    • Gold Top Dog

Geez Glenda, you guys just can't catch a break.  Maybe being in someones yard will be a little better since I'm assuming they're going to let you have indoor bathroom privileges.  You know, I'd check on that "no refunds" thing.  No refunds if you decide to leave early is one thing, but no refunds if they kick you out might be something else entirely. All fingers, toes and paws crossed here for you.

Oh, it gets better. I owe THEM 68 bucks since DH knocked over the power tower as he pulled out.....it's that wide right turn thing and we were stressed and trying to hurry and get out since the dogs hadn't been allowed to do more than potty all day and I had to meet the gal we are staying with.

We moved Saturday nite, but still had to spend 90 bucks on a UHaul on Sunday so that we could go back and get the darned freezer since I  couldn't find anyone with a truck to borrow.

I know that this is all just a test.  I know that He won't give me anymore than I can handle, however, it's been seven months.  I should have passed the danged test by this time.Sad  Maybe I ticked the universe off by using a tiny little bit of chemical help on Saturday and Sunday to knock the anxiety back.  I'm almost at the end of my rope and if one more danged thing goes wrong I might just engage in some heavy duty screaming.

Dear dear Glenda, I hope you and your hubby get a break soon, you sure deserve one!  Hope that guy upstairs hears all our prayers for you.  YOu sure will be in mine.  HUGS from Bonnie and me.

You've more than earned the right to scream, so go right ahead. I'm glad that you had a friend to help you out and like everyone else, I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

I'm totally not kidding when I say not only that we would be glad to have you here, but indeed there is plenty, plenty of room.  There's a hookup in the three acre field right next to the yard, and we are getting ready to fence that off separate.  I can take pictures if you are interested in seeing it.  It's really lovely and when I say there are no neighbors, I'm very serious.  We'd be it.  100 acres to one side, 200 to the other side (including our sheep pastures), 35 acres of pasture to play in (plus 150 acres of open cropland owned by a friendly farmer neighbor), 25 acres of woods to hike in, two ponds (three, counting the neighbor's, I just have to make sure no cattle are around to be disturbed by our play).

This is the field - wintertime photo so not so attractive.  The red building is our house.  I'm standing in the center of the field taking the picture, so it extends behind me as far as you see to the buildings, in front.

And the view out the backyard:

Oh my gosh Glenda, you'd better hurry or I might race you for it. That sounds like an offer that's too good to pass up.
