Whoo hoo outta the 1st round. I had to bust out my lucky puck in game 5 to turn things around...but all's well now. It's like old times, Ozzie in net, McCarty out there growling at people, my tiny inside voice is hoping we get the Avalanche...wouldn't that be something! They've got Forsberg, and Foote back....*grr*

Hope everyone else's teams are faring well and condolences if they're gone/not doin' so hot.

I hate the first round...I am sooo glad we are out of it now. Usually it's either lose in the first round or get the cup.....whoo hooo!

Ed sorry about your Caps...that was a hard game to watch...everyone was so happy and Ovechkin looked amazing. I don't care for the Flyers...and I hoped Feds would make it to meet his old team!

I know I know...we just need Patrick Roy back and we will have fight night at the Joe Again! DH is devastated. They are scheduled to play game 5 next Saturday afternoon while he will be driving the moving van through WI and IL. He's going to be on the phone with his buddies the entire time getting updates!

I will never forget the pictures of Draper in the Detroit Free Press the following morning...gooorrry!!! It's funny how you remember where you were when events happen. I remember sitting on DH's nasty couch in his disgusting bachelor pad watching that fight thinking, man, I love hockey!!!
