    rweagles-This house is for sale

I have admired it a loong time LOL. Totally not in a good location...right on a very busy street...if it weren't it'd be a million easy. The price was suprisingly low considering the amount of space and how nice it is. We drive by it often....thought I'd post it and others feel free to add any houses they like to look at in their neighborhoods that might be for sale. Maybe we help our house hunting friends LOL!

Cool!  I like the kitchen.  The bathroom with two toilets weirds me out.  Also, that giant car port would definitely be turned into something else (dog runs or more green grass).

I really like the style of that house, even though I prefer two stories.

hmmmm....I think the second toilet might actually be a bidet.....ick.

    • Gold Top Dog

Wow - that is verrryyyyy nice. I sure wouldn't want to have to keep 6000+ sf clean though.

I saw one recently that made me drool. I'll have to look for it again.

    • Gold Top Dog

Yes, I think the ''extra'' toilet is a bidet.  Though, a second toilet would come in handy right now for me....Hmm

Off to go looking at realtor sites.  I'LL BE BACK!

There's a house around the corner from me that I'm in love with. I never saw myself as a white picket fence kinda girl, but on this house I just adore it. It's actually just like the house I live in (same floorplan), but...nicer. Solid wood floors throughout, brand new kitchen, beautiful yard (we have a nice yard, but not AS nice), newly painted exterior, white picket fenced front yard (our front yard isn't fenced). I can't find its listing though. Maybe it sold. It's basically got everything I would add to this house if I could own it and had the money.

This one is still a little larger than we need, but I'd still go for it if it weren't so expensive. Some folks around here are delusional about the amount of money they think they can still get for their home Confused

Yeah, I thought the same thing about the couches. I don't care for the interior decor at all, but you're right, that land is beautiful!!! It'd be like having your own off-leash dog park :)

*sigh* wouldn't that be somethin! Dare to dream...someday!

Pretty... 3200 sqft, over 3 acres, a little pond it looks like? Too bad it gets really hot in Corona.. Oh, and the little matter of me not having $850,000. Hmm

WOW, nevermind.. I found my house! Anyone have 1.5 million dollars they wanna donate?? Big Smile http://www.realtor.com/realestate/lake+elsinore-ca-92675-1090394746/

No kidding! I used to think having many bathrooms would be so nice. Then I had 2 houses that had 2 and 1/2 baths and I spent way too much time cleaning them. I have 2 full now and it's plenty. I do like large bathrooms tho.

You really need 3 ideally. One for you and spouse...one for kids...and one for "number two' in the back of the house or basement...where the funk won't matter....you won't even need to light a candle!
