So how was Valentine's Day?

Mine was nonexistent and a bit confrontational (I might share later we'll see) but I want to live vicariously through those of you who had a really special evening!  Please tell your story!

This is unfortunately how my day went too. It's like this year on all our special occasions (Which were Dec 1st, Feb 9, & V-day) DH forgot I existed. Usually all three of our special days are like fairy tales, but I guess this year DH was forgetful.

Anyway, I really enjoyed reading all your about your guys' happy days 

Well, filled with remorse for being a... donkey... BF gave me a sort of "second Valentine's Day" yesterday, haha. I get back from a loooooooong drive and a few days away, and BF has all the laundry almost finished in the dryer, all the dishes washed and put away, some food for me in the fridge, and the bed beautifully made (he NEVER makes the bed when left to his own devices, but wrinkley sheets annoy me, and I got in really late and he knew I'd be exhausted and ready for bed). It's the little things that really make all the difference!

Yay for him.  It really is the little things that can brighten your day.
