My dog does not like me to...

Hah, my male Golden - Oakley - DOES NOT like me to sing or dance...and when Myrika pulls me around via a rubber stick on my wheeled-swivel-stool, whipping around the basement floor, that especially drives him crazy.  How do I know he doesn't like me to do these things you ask?  Because he attempts to jump up on me, as if to say, "will you please stop doing that!"  Holy crap is that funny!  I don't know the reason for his goofy behavior...maybe he thinks I'm having a seizure or something.  Doesn't explain the singing though...and I can carry a tune, I promise.  LOL!

Can anyone relate?  Is there anything your dog doesn't like you doing?

My little papillon Corbin hates what we call "walking fingers"  When we are laying in bed he usually wants to play a little before bedtime, so we throw toys and play for a while.  Anyway, he gets all happy and is having a good ol time until....we walk our fingers on the bed towards him like a persons legs walking.  He goes nuts!!  He jumps around like he's got ants in his pants and play growls and barks.  He just hates it!!  I don't know why.  He's so silly. [:D]

Yoshi does not like me to cook. After one small incident where I forgot I had the wok on the stove and got mesmerized with the TV until the SECOND orange flash on the periphery of my field of vision.  Well, after the smoke, the smoke alarm and the excitement, anytime I turn on the exhaust fan on the cooktop he leaves the room![:D]

Shakespeare doesnt like it when I leave the house without him.  Sophia hates it when I leave with Shakespeare but not her (shes not a big fan of the car ride though)  Neither of them like it when Im working with a noisy machine or even the shop vac in the house (maybe the shop vac issues came from me harrassing them with it once)

Sophia doesnt like it when I want to put my feet where she is laying in MY bed.  The other night I was sitting on the couch and then Shakespeare comes along and lays down right where my feet want to be also.

Sequoyah hates when I blow razzzberries on her belly! [:D]

Sioux loves opera, but can't stand if someone blows a harmonica.

Fergie hates baths, and will run away if I ask "Wanna Bath?' [sm=rofl.gif]

Maska hates when I leave for work in the a.m.  Sometimes, he bays till I get into my truck and he hears the door shut - and he taught Sequoyah to "sing" along, too, only her shrill little yodel-howl sounds like a coyote song.

I thought up a few more things.  Sophia (the little girl) hates it when I put the fitted sheet on the bed, while she is still on the mattress (but its too funny)

Shakespeare (the 60 pounder) hates it when I pick him up to show him that I still can.  When he was a pup I was carrying him around alot.  My neighbor told me I better get out of that habit, or he'd expect it when hes grown up.

Well, not in the Tease The Dog Department....(what's with some of you guys, anyway? [8D])....but Stevie HATED anyone to dance. Boy oh boy, one person dancing was bad enough, but TWO people dancing TOGETHER, well! In his opinion it HAD TO STOP RIGHT NOW! And WHAM! He'd jump up, push the two people apart, and bark and make it VERY clear that dancing was NOT ALLOWED!

Even if I danced alone he'd get alllll bent out of shape and try to make me stop. He'd grab my ankles and just hold, trying to make my feet still. If that didn't work he'd bounce at me. He was a 75 lb. rottie/dobie mix, so this was pretty serious! Of course he never, ever hurt me. [:)]

We figured he was a Southern Baptist in a former life. [8|][:D]

Gracie will sulk and try to act invisible if she so much as smells the baby wipes.
She also does not like when I rake leaves or grass.

Chyna- Hates to have the hair between her toes trimmed.  She also hates when her breakfast or dinner are late.
Bevo- Hates it when I trim his whiskers, & trim his nails.  He just lays ther & pouts.  He really hates it when I stop throwing the frisbee.  Lastly, he hates being left at home, he always wants to go.
Brinxx- Hates it when the pups take her bed, hates it when the cows slip past a gate.
Shooter- Doesn't like to be picked up by his front legs & hates it when I make him wait for his food.
Schatzi- Doesn't like to be moved while she is lying in the couch.
Link- Doesn't like treats, & hates the props that are still in his ears for his ear crop.
Beacon- Hates a lot of stuff so I'll list what he does like.  He likes his crate, being fed, & recently has decided that he likes to walk with me.  He loves to hear the clicker because he knows that he did something right.
