If you could ask

If you could ask your dog one question and "hear" the answer, what would your question be?

My question to M-ster would be about the car. I would love to know why he hates riding in my car. We have 2 station wagons, just different models. For some reason, M is not too keen at all about the VW. DH seems to think its my driving. silly man. LOL

DH and I talked about this very thing. We both had the same question for Slicky - "Are you happy?" Kind of silly though, because he obviously is happy. I guess it would just be nice to hear it from him! Other than that - I really don't have any questions for him.

Is there anything that you need to have changed? Although I know Tookey's answer would be "Get rid of Gracie!" It would be nice to know if either is in some kind of pain, arthritis, etc.

For Marlowe it would be, "Would you rather still be working?" I do have pangs of guilt all the time about adopting a working dog for a largely non-working life. He seems happy, but I still feel guilt.

For Conrad, hmm that's a toughie because we really do communicate rather well already. I'd want to talk to him about his anxiety and ask if it's really gotten better over the years or if he's just got better at keeping a lid on it.

Interesting question but after thinking about it I can't think of anything I'd ask. Maybe that's because one of my favorite things about dogs is that they can't talk.

Good question! With Lucky I would ask what were the people who you lived before like and why would they give up such a wonderful dog - EVER.

I'd like to talk to Floyd about his fearfulness and ask Wolfgang how much his hips hurt and if accupressure/accupuncture help. I'd rather not talk to Tasha as I'm sure she lives a very good life but would have many suggestions as to how it could be improved.
