Cross your fingers, please?

• Cross your fingers, please? sooner Posted : 10/26/2006 2:33:37 PM This little girl has been hanging around my work. We have TONS of strays around here, but this one really tugged at my heartstrings. She is so sweet, and so timid. She has a collar, and a flea collar, but no tags and the collars were just about embedded in the skin. I was able to remove and loosen them. She loves to be petted, but cowers when your hand is approaching. She's very thin. Well, long story short I called my mom and she's coming to take her to the vet to get checked out. If everything goes well "Annie" will be going home with my mom tonight. I'm just concerned that she seems a little lethargic, but she eats and drinks well, so can I get some wishes for a healthy report from the vet? • sooner Posted : 10/26/2006 4:19:06 PM Thanks so much guys!!! So far so good!!! The vet visit went well, she's 6-7 months old and a mix of heeler and shepherd? She has demodex, worms, fleas and a wound on her back, but that's the worst of it. Otherwise she seems good. Everyone that's met her suspects a history of abuse though [] The vet thought she had been on her own for weeks, by the condition of her pads and paws. She got all her vaccinations today and will be getting spayed next Friday. She gave her very first tail wag when she saw the other dogs [] I'm in class, and I keep getting text messages... she's rolling in the dirt... she's chasing leaves... she's playing with Cassie... Stupid class, I wanna go play too!!! Hopefully mom will send me some pics soon, or I'll get some this weekend. I think things are going to turn out just fine!! Thank you all!!
