• tina robinson Posted : 8/15/2006 1:56:17 AM Ya the SPCA here had a lovely american bulldog, very clearly an american bulldog listed as a pitbull.  And since she was a pitbull she was not allowed around the other dogs.  I went up to the dog, Lily and started to talk to her, she honestly looked like chance from the newer homeward bound movies.  The girl working there was telling someone all bout pitbuls, i had no idea they were talking about Lily and when i realised I told the girl that she is an american bulldog not a pitbull, so she went to get a referance book to prove me wrong and showed me the pitbull pic.  She says "see she is s pitbull with out cut off ears"  I took the book and turned to the americcan bulldog, and said "no she is an american bulldog, they never have cropped ears" and walked away shaking my head. 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available. • Terri Posted : 8/16/2006 5:07:17 PM I was at Petsmart last nigth with Loki and these little kids followed us for about 5 minutes saying "is that a wolf?" "yeah, it's a wolf for sure" "do you think it's gonna eat us" "I'll bet it would" "that's a weird looking wolf" "look, mom, we found a wolf" "can we get a wolf like that?" They were pretty young, so I gave them a break.   But then the mom says "you stay away from the wolf--no you can't have one--those things will kill you". She gave us a nasty look and hurried her kids away from us. What cracked me up was that Loki and I were practicing commands, so the whole time he's laying down, shaking hands, giving me a high 5 and not paying attention to the people.
