Curse you chest (girly problem)!

If I ever, once, found myself wearing a bra that actually fit I'd believe I had fallen asleep and woke up in someone elses body.

LOL! I wore bras that didn't fit for the longest time, til I found this one style, $11 at Target of all places, that fits PERFECTLY (except for a few days a month when I spill out the top a bit, but I refuse to buy a size bigger, because I refuse to believe that my chest can be bigger than a D cup []). I have two, I've had 5 total. They wear out pretty quickly, because they're cheap plus I wash them so often, but I can't stand to wear any other bra at this point.
 
I've always heard that you should splurge on pricier bras because the cheap ones suck, but not so in my case. I love my Target bras. []

I totally agree, why do most bras make your boobs pointy? Who in the world wants pointy boobs? The bra that I think fits me the best is the one that oprah recommended a few years back, I've bought like 5 of them whenever they go on sale. It's la mystere but I can't remember the name of the design. They make 32's which is awesome too, most start at 34

Why do bra-makers think everyone wants padding in their bra?  I want the girls secured, lifted, and separated.  I sure as heck dont want 20% more fluffy goodness.

OMG I've wondered that too! I always buy the ones with real thin foam cups, because at least you can tell approximately what shape they are before you buy them.

Thanks, me too! She looks so freaking cute in them. I only put them on her when I let her stick her head out the car window, and every time I glance in my side mirror and see her I can't help but laugh. []

Go get fitted by someone who knows what they are doing.  They can tell you exactly what size bra you need. (circumference & cup)  Getting the right size bra will make all the difference.

I have 38 D's, so underwire for me is basically required :-/  No underwire = the bra like...folds under Uno and Dos....

I agree with getting measured, it will make a big difference in your posture as well.

I've had an easier time finding bras after quitting gymnastics and gaining 30 lbs (though I'd rather trade my boobs back for my fit body!).  When I started college, it wasn't a matter of not having been professionally fitted, but they just don't MAKE bras for the size I was then.  I have very broad shoulders (thanks Dad), but back then had no boobs.  I was a 36AA, no joke.  There were 32AAs and maybe 34AAs, but no 36.  Since I quit doing gymnastics for several hours a day, went on the Pill, and just got more stressed/less time to work out, the weight gain has = boob gain and I'm now a 36B.  As are too small, and some Bs are a bit too big.  I wear a thin camisole with one of those built-in bra layers every single day, so when I don't quite fill the cup, the cami presses it flat (instead of pointy boobie) and keeps lines/creases away.  I also only wear the padded push-up type bras b/c my boobs are so small relative to my height (5'6") and pretty average weight.

Something else that irks me (random) is how all the skinny people with the tiny a and b boobs (and sometimes C) get all the pretty designs and shiz, and people like me, with the huge 38Ds and upwards get bras that look like our grandmother's undergarments.
