There's been alot of intense discussions here on the forum and I think the mood has carried over from thread to thread.  Please don't take it as a slam on you.  If you do decide to take some time off, please come back and give us updates and puppy pics!

Do not let a couple of people ruin something. Those comments you got were uncalled for and I understand that they got to you badly. I hope you reconsider or come back later because I liked reading your posts, especially in the nutrition section.

Tamara, I am sorry that you are feeling frustrated and I too have felt this same emotion on and off for the 10 months or so that I have now been here.

I agree with Ed, that there have been a lot of "hot topics" here lately and it does seem to carry over into multiple sections of the board. Maybe the weather is making folks a bit "nuts"..lol...

Regardless of your decison to stay or go, I wish you and the furkids the best of luck.

Luvntzus, please reconsider, take a break, and come back refreshed.  Probably for the same reason, I've done it twice already and even screwed up my account so I wouldn't be able to come back.  Everything here is fixable. 
 
We have only chatted once but I remember your posts and I like your writing and the spunk within.  Eventually I am going to meander down to the nutrition section for an education.  Believe  me, I am going to need all the help I can get.  I hear you are most knowledgeable in that area and can stir me in the right direction.  I hope to see there.  Take care of yourself.

I too hope that you reconsider leaving. But if you do please come back soon. I like reading your posts and have gotten good info from them. I will also miss seeing Gingerbread, Fudge, and now the new little Cupcake. The best of luck to you, your family and your pups.

Luvntzus- Please don't leave. I encourage you to use the "block" feature this forum offers.  I will miss you and your tzu's if you do decide to go, but I really hope you don't. The forum is only what we make it, and if all the polite people go, what will we have left?

Hon, things have been hot lately, and I guess I missed the thread where you felt attacked.  Keep in mind that we DID just have a full moon, and crazy as it sounds, I do notice a difference around full moon time......
 
I hope that you'll stick around, and I surely hope you'll give me some details about the new pup......

I'm sorry to see you go but based on the last thread, it sounds as if people are just trying to give you a heads up so you don't end up with heartache. What you've posted sent up some red flags and considering that you've been a member of this board for a while, people are just looking out for you. I hope you'll reconsider leaving.

Tamara, I think it's really unfair that you say this. You KNOW that everyone here just cares about dogs. You KNOW that we all just hate how many homeless dogs there are. The truth is, backyard breeders and puppymills are a huge part of the reason there are so many dogs sitting in shelters.
 
So when you're posting about getting a puppy who is way under standard-size, and buying it online..it sends up major BYB flags, which only makes everyone think of the millions of dogs who die every year for NO reason, other than selfish people who breed them for profit.
 
I'm not telling you your breeder is a BYB or worse, because I don't know enough about them to make that judgment, but from purposely breeding tiny dogs, and selling them online, it sounds like they definitely could be.
 
Everyone's just trying to make sure you're not supporting bad breeders, and it really sucks that you feel you need to leave because of that.

I really don't know what happened, but I hope that you won't stay gone. I'll miss your adorable little dogs' faces, and your interesting posts.

I really hope that you don't leave.  You add so much to this board!  I agree with using the block function.  I will start using it because there are some members whose tone I don't like at all.  Please check your inbox...I just sent you a PM.

There will always be people who don't agree with you or question you. It doesn't mean they are judgemental or mean. IMO, something as minor as that thread (which had a lot of good questions) should not be enough to drive one away from a forum they clearly enjoy. I agree with Cita, take deep breath and move on.
