I personally don't think she allows him outside of the home at all. Perhaps she's got him by the Gonads?

Unlike your wife Ed, IMO Billy's wife has him on a short leash... regardless of how he likes to play it off.... [8D]

My wife has to watch me a lot closer than Ed's has to watch him because, well, to be brutally honest, I am MUCH prettier.
