Aww mic- so sorry! Yikes! That's making my eyes hurt! And I thought that it was painful when I had a tiny hair-splinter in my eye that the doctors had to go in and remove.
Don't let them give you stitches on the punture wounds- they won't heal right and are more prone to get infected! One of my grooming buddies got bit in the wrist by a chow 10 years ago and they did stitches (not by a plastic surgeon btw) and she still has a scar.
I hope you have a patch over your eye so you don't move it so much- I had that after recovery from my (very minor compared to this) husky-hair-removal.
Just out of curiosity- what kind of dog was it- and what will happen to it? If you're not allowed to say, that's fine. Do you guys have some sort of liability with animal control just in case things like this happens?
