Mark Posted : 9/29/2006 1:42:02 PM Today i had a final interview for a govt job that i have been going after since June.I have passed all the hurdles that such a job requires,and now it comes down to me and 2 others.   Strangley,the interview only lasted 10 minutes.I dont know if this was a good sign or not..The boss said he only needed to ask me some basic questions ,to which he noted my answers and said "good ,very good"on several occasions.   I have never had such a short interview.I am hoping it is a good sign.My brother works in a sister office,and they love him,and need someone steady and consistant... • Mark Posted : 9/29/2006 4:21:20 PM Thanks all...I dont want to get my hopes up and then be dissapointed.  This is only the 3rd time i have had a job interview in my life.(I tend to stick with my job once i get it)but now am looking for something i would like to retire from.    Last week another employee came up to my brother and told him I had the job.He asked who told him that,and he just said that in his line of work ,he "hears" things.My brother doesnt really know this guy and rarely speaks to him,so i wonder.   Anyway,I won't know anything till next week,so until then,i am triing to put it out of mind..lol 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
